So I plan on repotting this girl today, it came in the mail about two weeks ago and I think it's well acclimated now and she's been a bit rootbound but is this also rot? And why does one root look a little... idk like swollen? Also if it's root rot what's the best course of action?

Did it come watered? Because that could be root rot. And the swollen root? Can you give a little more discription???

The swollen root is normal. Are the roots brown and mushy?

The swollen, fuzzy part are root hairs which are normal on a healthy root to increase surface area and nutrient absorption. Also it’s hard to tell from the pic, but unless there’re more roots than soil/moss it’s not root bound yet.
