It looks like a syngonium frosted heart.

oh! it was sold to me as “heart leaf philodendron” but there’s like a thousand of those 😂

Thats strange. It doesn't look like a heart leaf philodendron at all lol!!!!

I agree it's a Syngonium Macrophyllum. Mainly because if the "distressing" around the edges. Unfortunately some sellers just guess at a leaf shape and color. It's why you'll see a lot of miss marked bronze or yellow species too.

super exciting as i love syngoniums but ive been mainly focusing on the arrowhead varieties 🥰
