Just got a variegated philodendron melanochrysum which has been the top plant on my wishlist since I started collecting, any tips?

I’m planning on getting it on a moss pole asap but want it to acclimate to my house first, I will also be having it in a small greenhouse as I’m they require high humidity. Also my normal chunky soil mix is standard potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark. I will be fertilizing with a liquid concentrate.
