I think it’s spider mites but not 100% sure

It’s like brown stuff that won’t come off

it might be scarring from previous damage - as long as your plant stays green i wouldnt worry :)

Sun spot, maybe from too much/intense direct sun

I see it’s on the stem of the plant also, I would just treat for pests the next few weeks to ensure all is good! I’m thinking this is a pest just because of the residue I’m seeing on the stem!
