Hi I also have a burle, looks just like that, very stemmy but the leaves are beautiful. I don’t even know where to start the propagation!

You could prop it multiple ways. Air prop or chop and prop. Just find a node and cut right below it (or add an airlayer bulb). Then either prop in soil, moss or water
