it's totally normal for the oldest leaves to die off! if it's just the one leaf and it's an old one, no cause for concern

Thank you! Should I leave it be? Or cut it off?

up to you! it will fall off on its own naturally, and i find that often if you give it a gentle tug when it's at this point, it will come off without needing to be cut. that being said, if it's clearly yellowing/dying but not quite at the point of falling off on its own, i usually lean towards cutting them off so the plant can put its energy towards new growth instead
