My ROJO CONGO has this on it leaf.  
Im assuming pests ?? No yellowing leaves just spots in this one leaf!

I'd remove it. And keep a check on the others for pests

Have u noticed any pests? Little spots on the underside of leaves?  
I see some EFN spots (tiny orange circles) but those are normal on philos. But what’s goin on w/ that huge damaged spot? That looks bad
