# My white wizard’s newest leaves are turning yellow and the soil isn’t…

_Posted by MT on 2024-05-25_

My white wizard’s newest leaves are turning yellow and the soil isn’t drying out, I got it fairly recently but I did repot it and put it into a more well-draining soil, any suggestions for what might be happening ? I’m worried it’s root rot

you should smell the roots. if it smells bad—probably rotten. make sure your soil is well aerated. probably was overwatered
