# My philo ring of fire has all these spots on it but I don’t see any…

My philo ring of fire has all these spots on it but I don’t see any bugs… anyone know what is causing this??

If you don’t see any pests it could be a number of things, inconsistent watering, rust spot/blight, too much light combined with not enough water. You just have to rule these things out according to your care but pests are the number one thing to look for to rule them out completely, they are sneaky little buggers that hide in the hardest to see places \& ROF have a lot of inside crevices that are not easy to see in. Check thoroughly with a flashlight to make sure \& if you still don’t see any go from there 😊 I hope this helps!

Could be edema. I freaked out thinking a lot of my collection had bacterial blight but then realized it was just edema lol. Thank god I only threw out 3 plants 😆
