Does anyone know why my heart leaf philodendron is so fragile all of a sudden… leaves that look healthy fall off pretty easily. Leaves turning brown as well. It gets good sunlight and is watered in accordance to the planta schedule… it used to thrive

Looks overwatered. Let the soil dry out before watering again. Do not strictly follow any watering schedule. Verify the soil is dry before watering.

Fertilize every two weeks with 50 percent diluted liquid fertilizer. Give it at least 8 hours of bright indirect light in the warmer months.
