Help! Just acquired a new friend and I am not sure if it’s an Imperial Green Philo or a Moonlight Philo?? The tag only stated that it was a philodendron.

Definitely a moonlight!

That’s what I was thinking! But I read on the internet that the skin around new leaves has a reddish tint on the Moonlights, and this one does didn’t. It really did not have the best sunlight ever from the place I bought it from, so I’m wondering if that might have something to do with it.

you should start to see more red when it gets more sun!

That’s what I figured might happen! Thanks!

I just got the same one from Lowe’s and after looking up the tag’s website and other photos, I determined it to be a Moonlight! So pretty!
