# Help!! My philodendron Glorisum keeps having a droopy colorless leaf…

_Posted by Betel on 2024-07-22_

Help!! My philodendron Glorisum keeps having a droopy colorless leaf develop. And one of the leaves has a weird texture forming. What am I doing wrong. i even changed the original soil and the roots looked fine. I just watered and sprayed them, that’s why the leaves look a little wet.

Can you clarify what you mean by weird texture? How long ago did you change the soil, and what did you change to?

You don’t need to mist any leaves, but velvety leaves like gloriosum particularly don’t usually like it. Depending on what the weird texture is, it may be related to fungal infection from excess water on the leaves.

Also, it looks like you may have some babies coming off the plant. Am I seeing that right? Are they new?
