# Is there anything you guys would recommend to help the philodendrons…

Is there anything you guys would recommend to help the philodendrons push out fresh leaves?

They frequently get caught up in the surrounding tissue. I tried misting more which doesn't seem to help, and me trying to aid them to unfurl properly usually just damages the leaf more:/

A humidifier in the area.

Using a humidifier is better than misting. It puts out water vapor with droplets that are smaller in diameter making them easier to absorb into the plant. 🪴🍀

You need a humidifier for sure
