Hey there! New plant parent here!

I have a velvet leaf philodendron micans (Velma). I want Velma to grow on a moss pole, right now I don’t find her super attractive and think this would upgrade her appearance and give her the chance to grow as natural as I can provide.

Here are my questions:

1\. How do I get her vines to grow towards the moss pole, since they are so wild?

2\. How big should she be before I’m able to grow her on a moss pole

Any information helps! Thank youuuu!

Plant the moss pole near her base, as close as possible. Then use garden pins, to pin the vines(specifically nodes) to the moss pole holes.
