I am not 100% but im leaning towards philodendron burle marx variegated, its definitely some type of philodendron

The way the older leaves are darker it could also be a white princess, its hard to tell without seeing the stems

The stems are green and white and no other plant on here has it

I actually just bought this same plant! It looks like a white wizard philodendron. Here is mine for reference.

Looks like a white princess philodendron

Yeah, that or white wizard. My white princess has pink streaks on the stems, but maybe not all of them do 🤔

It's between a white wizard or white princess. If you do get it and put it in better lighting and it gets pink streaks, it would be princess. From my experience, wizards don't get any pink ever
