Pink princess isn’t looking great. Any tips appreciated! Last watered 3 days ago with fertilizer. She is next to a north facing window. I added a grow light about a month ago.

FYI the white/yellow residue is DE, been treating my plants for gnats.

Dies this pot have drainage holes? If not she's probably staying to wet. And needs chunkier soil

It does have drainage holes. Chunkier soil is a good idea!
