Hi! Just wondering if anyone can help with why it seems like one is struggling harder than the other/yellowing leaves? One constantly has new growth while the other is currently looking like it’s about to lose 2 leaves  
Plant is 2/3 years old🫶🏼

One of the leaves looks broken near the stem. Did it get bumped or knocked into by mistake? It also has a new leaf coming out so it still growing

One other thought is that the one plant could be root bound and need to be repotted based on their age.

I would repot... something similar was happening with mine until I did snd now I have two gorgeous ones
