# Help! My philo isn’t overly happy - she was repotted in a ceramicwear…

Help! My philo isn’t overly happy - she was repotted in a ceramicwear pot with a mix of indoor soil, clay and perlite. Overwatered before with some compacted soil - I’m trying to rescue her and her sister but still getting some sad leaves.

How long ago did you overwater it?

A month ago I’d say. I can repot easily again - we think a smaller pot and redo the soil?

I think the pot looks really big, was the root ball an inch or two smaller than the diameter of the pot? If not, the pot is too big and it will be overwatered easily.
