# Just had to do a bit of surgery on a cinderella stepsister shoe…

Just had to do a bit of surgery on a cinderella stepsister shoe situation on my PPP 😅  
It’s looking like a pink leaf, hope I didn’t bruise it too badly.  
I’ve included a picture of a leaf the last time it happened. Why does this constantly happen?

Stuck leaves are a totally trademark of PPP. Idk why. It drives me nuts. My theory is that they’re selected for color over anything else, so eventually the plant has unintentionally bred to be less functional

Higher humidity helps the leaves come out cleaner! Maybe try misting is a couple times a day or I’ve heard putting a tray w pebbles as water below can help too

i’m a serial mister. may have to try the pebble tray.
