Not necessarily. How long since you repotted it last/got it? If you do repot, only go 1 inch bigger than the size of the root ball

😬2.5 years ago it was repotted. It’s an office plant and it was there before I worked at the place…4 years ago

Looks like a repot. I agree with Alice, don’t go too big with the pot.
