send a picture of that baby send get a refund or a new plant asap

I sent the picture I posted and did get a refund - I hoped to save it. Do you think it stands a prayer?

i think chop any wilted or dry leaves back and let her try again

Immediately file a claim with the seller. Some only allow shipping damage claims within 48 hours or less, with detailed pictures (full plant showing pot) and multiple pictures of the damages. I got a very weak plant this week. Seller refund the cost. Now, 5 days later, one new leaf might emerge. Roots were very dry. Not sure if it can survive. His traveling mates look great considering the heat.

I sent the picture I posted and got a refund. The plant was so beautiful and I am fearful of reordering. Do you think I can revive this one .

You can try to save it, but personally I’d take a cutting and try to prop a new one just in case you can’t save it.

Eek did it freeze? That’s weird damage. I assume you’re actually in the northern hemisphere and it’s summer for you. It might pull through. There seems to be a decent amount of viable leaves

I am on the east coast. I think the heat got to it. I have cut back all of the damaged leaves. Now I am waiting.
