# So I’ve had this plant for a very long time now and he’s been doing…

So I’ve had this plant for a very long time now and he’s been doing really good, but just recently he’s been losing lots of lower leaves and a few leaves on the top are yellowing. I’ve been wondering if I should just cut him up and start over again??

When my monstera did that I gave it a larger pot and room to grow. He was mad for a bit, but then the adjusted and it doing well. Hope that helps.

Have you checked the roots?

check the roots before chopping him up!! prune the affected leaves and wipe the rest down with a neem oil mixture
