Anyone know if I should take these little plants out? I am new to plants and I have no idea what they are. They’re sprouting next to my PPP

They aren’t philodendrons, I would take them out. My best guess is they are weeds that had seeds in your soil?

if you store your soil outside, they’re probably weeds. pull them out, nothing to worry about
