# Proud plant parent to a birkin and what my boyfriend and I believe to…

Proud plant parent to a birkin and what my boyfriend and I believe to be a heart leaf. I’ve had both for a little over a year. I feel like my birkin could look a little better but i’m not sure what I’m missing. (would love to hear any suggestions!)

I also feel like my birkin could also be bushier, am i asking for too much? lol

Your heartleaf Philo is a Brasil! Mostly reverted it seems so I guess it is mostly a heartleaf haha…for the Birkin I would suggest more light plus a support (just like a bamboo stick is fine, it doesn’t require anything fancy like a moss pole) and if you want to get it bushier, you’ll have to do the above plus chop it back to regrow
