Has anyone tried to recover water-logged roots? My poor Philomena was overwatered while we were away and now her roots are in a bad state. Any tips on how I can save her?

Yes🥰I have saved many

Step 1: wash dirt off roots  
Step 2: mix a 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 4 parts water and mist it on the roots  
Step 3: Remove any rotted roots with sterile scissors.  
Step 4:then put in a new smaller pot with DRY WELL DRAINING SOIL WITH A DRAINAGE HOLE, and wait a week to water
