Is it normal for my Philodendron White Knight to keep producing solid white leaves?

It can happen, however if the plant doesn’t have enough chlorophyll (green sections) then it cannot produce enough energy to survive. I would say propagate a section with balanced variegation, chop all the white and see what new growth you get, or restart the whole plant. I’m no expert so definitely get more opinions. Best of luck.

Thanks, it’s already done! The propagations are now much larger than the original, which definitely proves white leaves slows down the growth rate.
