Hi! This leave recently came off my neon pothos. The stem was brown, is this bc of root rot or is it something else? Thank you!

The plant looks healthy. It could be an older leaf that died.

It’s probably firing leaves. Leaf firing is a sign it’s not getting watered often enough. They pull moisture from their oldest leaves and then drop them.
