Do I do anything with them?

Not if you don’t want to, they can grow as trailing plants, however, if you want to grow a moss pole pothos those aerial roots will grow larger and attach to a moss pole and make the leaf size 2x or even 4x its size now

Healthy aerial roots. They help the plant climb to find more light and helps it tap into water/soil.
