# What is wrong with my golden Pothos. I thought I was over watering…

What is wrong with my golden Pothos. I thought I was over watering her becuase that’s what it says when I look up yellow leaves but she feels pretty dang dry . She’s lost like 9 leaves in like a week . Plus I noticed these this morning .

This sounds like a a humidity issue! If you’re following the water schedule, you might need to change it depending on the location. If she feels overly dry, she will usually drop leaves. Try misting more often as well.  
Also, of note, changing the soil to something that dries out quicker so you can water her more often without the risk of root rot may be worthwhile. I have a coarse blend for my pothos that looks a little like a philodendron mix.

Also, your pot may be a little too large for your plant, which doesn’t allow her to dry sufficiently between waterings. Maybe size down a bit. You don’t want the roots to have TOO much room. But because I can’t see the roots, I’ll leave that up to your jurisdiction :)
