What happened to my pothos and how can I help? She was just doing great

If it’s just the bottom leaves mostly then it’s most likely just old leaves dying off which is normal. Prune them off and keep an eye on it. Also I can’t tell but if you pot has drainage or not but drainage is a good thing to have for it

Those just look like the old leaves. Basically your plant is shedding dead weight. They probably weren’t getting much light so it was more trouble for the plant to maintain them. So she yeeted them. Just take them off.  
Damage like the green leaf sustained can come in many ways. Pets, kids, an accident while checking the plant or something. It looks like it was ripped, so not a pest or anything.  
The plant looks beautiful and healthy. ♥️
