# Hello! Can someone please tell me why this is happening to my pothos…

Hello! Can someone please tell me why this is happening to my pothos plant? She seems to be growing just fine! I just noticed these marks on her about 3 days ago and now it’s yellow. I am new to owning plants so I have no idea how to go about this. Thank you so much!

Looks like maybe mechanical damage. Do you have kids or any animals that might have messed with it or bumped it?

Thank you very much! I’m okay with that. Lol! I just don’t want to be overwatering/underwatering. Anything like that!  
I do run a daycare, so that could probably be the reason why. 😆
