I’ve had this guy here since November and he has put out 5 new leaves! The three newest are starting to yellow and have brown wholes in the leaves… any ideas the cause?

Check the roots to the vine with the three yellowing leaves since the damage is isolated to one vine. Check for pests on those leaves like the hard to see spider mites.
