Hi all! , can someone tell me what the brown spots are? I do have 2 new new ones coming in, so I’m a lil confused and I’m new to this😊 thanks in advance😊

When the leaf is mostly white they don’t photosynthesize properly, so they’ll start browning until they’re completely dried out. I keep mine until I can’t stand the brown any more and I cut it off
