Hi guys I am very very worried as my plant looks sick. But I don’t know what’s wrong?

I just recently moved it to a pot and previously it has a little bit of an algae issue when I grow him in water. I couldn’t fully remove the algae. Could that be the problem?

I just want to know what I should do to make sure he heals and grows healthily again.
