I recently bought a neon pothos, and one of the leaves is … almost transparent? Is this a bad thing? I assume it was over watered before I got it? Should I cut off the leaf? Thanks in advance!!

It’s probably overwatered. You can cut. It looks like it’s slowly dying off anyway.
