Are the lighter ones from after you got it? If so it might be lighting change. The ones on the left, are what my neon looks like

The ones that are darker are the cutrings that I propagated, the smaller lighter leafs are the babies that grew from the cuttings

Is it under different light than the explant?

New leaves just haven’t hardened off. They grow in lighter and get darker with age ☺️

New leaves are always lighter/different in color before they harden off. This is normal.
