Matilda’s been doing really well. Bit of a slow grower  
I have noticed little brown spots on one leaf. I’m assuming I shouldn’t be concerned?

i would get that leaf out of there — it’s sick. rotting maybe?

I agree. It looks fungal. Maybe soak the roots in a 50/50 mix of water and peroxide for a few minutes and applied a fungicide to remaining leaves. You could google other methods of treating if you don’t have a fungicide.
