# I’m pretty sure these are nodes…will they eventually create…

I’m pretty sure these are nodes…will they eventually create offshoots/leaves? Just trying to figure out what the deal is

Pothos vines don’t branch off. You have to add several vines to a pot to get fullness. Clip cuttings to put a couple of nodes on each cutting. Propagate in water or soil. Water is easier.

Ok gotcha! Is that ok to do if it’s developing leaves? I want to prop it but didn’t want to stress it out

It’s ok to cut it. It’s better to cut it during the warm weather growing season. Pothos are hardy. They will put out new leaves at the cut section of the mother pot.
