Your pothos could be variegated

Honestly, my neon does this as well. No idea how to get more of that varigation but I've been told heat and light have a hand in it. Less light and more heat

mine does it too and I’ve been told it’s normal for healthy ones to push out variegated leaves here and there 🥰

That is sport variegation, it’s a genetic mutation that randomly happens
