Hi. I got an N’joy from a flower shop earlier this week and a few of its leaves are starting to yellow. I’m not sure it’s an underwatering problem as I watered a few days ago. Any ideas what the cause could be?

I noticed the soil seems like moldy almost. So going to repot it today and see if they helps some. Is it actually mold?

I’ve also never had a plant with aerial roots. Is there any special considerations to take when repotting it?

My njoy had the same issue. Even after changing the soil but I missed the root rot. I’ve since chopped the whole thing and propping in water. There was hardly any roots left sadly. But nice way for me to practice propagating anyway 😁

Let me know how that goes I’m curious. Chopped all the roots off my alocasias recently and trying those in water. Fingers crossed they all make it lol
