Looks like a marble queen. Would give it a chunky soil + worm castings, lots of light (at least 8hrs direct), allow to dry out between waterings, voila!

Great fertilizer it’s on sale rn on TikTok shop!! I used this on my neon and I have 14 new growth points!!
