# Is watering my neon pothos with water from my fresh water fish tank…

Is watering my neon pothos with water from my fresh water fish tank beneficial or will it just kill it? Every time it needs a watering or just for when it needs fertilizing? Or just don't even go there all together? I'm wondering if it's a good nutrient source since we're doing about a weekly cleaning to the ~47 gallon tank where 1/4th of the water gets dumped anyway.

He's over 3 feet long in a six inch pot of pearlite mixed with peat and some sand.

I clean my tank once a month and use it for my weekly watering then. Plants seem to like it including my pothos 😊

Do you still use a liquid fertilizer occasionally?

I use We The Wild houseplant food when I’m using just rainwater
