# Hi! This is my first post ever, hoping to get some insights on this…

Hi! This is my first post ever, hoping to get some insights on this propagated pothos I was gifted back in October. I noticed the nodes are not forming any new leaves, any suggestions on how to get this bad boy growing??

So the new leaves will not grow out of the nodes on this plant. You will see a new leaf at the end of the vine. The nodes produce arial roots that would attach onto a tree in its native environment. They are also the points where roots would grow out of if you were to propagate it.  
This was one of my first plants as well. It’s great to start with. Good luck!😊

if you’ve only had it since October, I think it’s just having hard time adjusting to a new location in the winter! just keep watering and misting it as usual and it should start growing faster when Spring starts :) !
