# my pothos is getting SUPER limp, i THINK its that i overwatered it…

my pothos is getting SUPER limp, i THINK its that i overwatered it but im really not sure. like i said, its REALLY limp, and its getting some brown spots that i dont believe were there before. the last pic is from a week ago. should i just give it some more time to dry out? or is there something else that might be wrong?

Check the soil to verify it is wet. You may have to remove the pot to let the soil air dry for several hours or even a day. Ensure the plant is in bright light and has good air circulation to help with evaporation. Water when the soil is dry or almost dry. 🍀🪴

I am super new to plants so take my advice with a grain of salt 😂 but when I water mine, I put paper towels under them (after draining for 10 mins). I keep changing the towel until there is no more water coming out. This saved me when I was over watering 😌

Id also make sure you check those roots!
