Hi everyone,  
Just wanted to show off my pothos, I got it about 2 weeks ago and just repotted it yesterday. This is my first plant so hopefully it keeps growing. If you have any tips for a beginner, let me know :)

They are pretty easy for first time parents. Let it dry out in between watering. They can tolerate low light, but will flourish with moderate light.

Amie206 is spot on. Overwatering is the plague for most plants. Especially if your pot doesn’t have drainage holes to release excess water (which I think might be a problem for this pot by the looks)
