What can I do to save my pothos babes?? Pot size? Soil moisture recommendations?? Anything!!!

Looks like that pot is too big for that single vine - when you do water the soil will stay wet for way too long since there’s no robust root system in there to suck it all up.  
I would chop and propagate the cuttings in water and try to create multiple plants so you can fill the pot. It won’t be much at first but one they start growing you’ll be surprised at how much plant you have!
