Hello! My neon pothos is starting to grow multiple leaves at one node. And at some nodes they are twirling and twisting in different directions. Is this a sign to repot???

Looks like the vine was cut and the plant put out new growth.

You have to look at the roots for overgrowth to determine if the plant needs repotting.
