You can propagate all of the vines that are not yellowed or completely dry.

Change water-add some fertilizer

The stems look good. They are finicky… brighter light may help

I agree with Sunny, not enough light or nutrients. I add Super Thrive to my propagations. Move them to a window sill, cut them bag and give them some vitamins.
