My most prized possession Gaia has a balding vine and she’s finally growing some hair back:) if anyone has any tips or tricks to help foliage grow back on balding vines plz let me know!!🌿🪴

I’d love to know this too! I didn’t know you could get the leaves to grow back!

The original pic was from almost 2 weeks ago and she’s growing back even more! All I’ve been doing is misting her so the leaves can sprout better but if anyone has any more ideas I’m listening!!

I am aware of a way to get new leaves to grow back on a pothos. If you prune it back, an existing node will activate and produce a new vine.

When I bald patches, I clip the vine back to a leaf. I’ll divide the cutting into pieces with two nodes each and pop in water. Once they have some roots, I’ll put in the mother plant to fill it out some, or start a new plant. Pothos are fun!

Thank you for that! I considered trimming her but she is almost 8 feet long 😫😫

I got mine with a partially bald vine with five leaves at the end. Any ideas on how to stimulate new leaf growth? 🙏🏼

I’ve come to the conclusion that they grow back on their own eventually because the original pic is from 2 weeks ago and now she is sprouting more:) I have been misting her new leaves quite often as well

Trimming her is the quickest way to get new leaves. You should find out why she dropped leaves and why she is so leggy (leaf nodes very far apart). Could be insufficient lighting because it does not look like it lacks water.
