My neon pothos is overall healthy but it’s leaves are slowly browning.What should I do?

How close to the window is it? Looks like sunburn.

Doesn’t look like sunburn. Sunburn will affect the surrounding leaves as well. Could be too low humidity or watering issues. Check the roots for watering issues, if any. Increase humidity with a humidifier or pebble tray of water below the plant.
